This was so easy to install, great product, but most of all the customer service from this company was superb! They answered all my questions on trouble shooting and we’re very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend buying from them!The right OEM freezer door seal arrived a week early turbo speed. Even my appliance tech was impressed.It took much longer to deliver than originally stated and was delayed a few times but it fits Kenmore upright freezer model 25322042411 takes some work to get it on though so be preparedWorks as advertised.This was a good replacement for the gasket on our stand up freezer. It took a little bit of maneuvering it but you have to be careful if you do use a blow dryer on the gasket. Placing the part of the gasket that is Mel shaved into warm water is best.There were two small sections that were warped so it was letting air in which caused the freezer to create ice or frost inside the freezer. I tried dunking it in warm water to get the warped sections to straighten itself out but no luck. The only other thing I can try is a heat gun to soften the gasket. Pretty disappointed because I have to spend more money to fix a brand new product.Fit the advertised upright freezer with no issues. Works like a charm!Worked like a dream fit on perfectly. One person could do it but 2 people one holding one using the screwdriver easy peasy
