Fill chub bag Once your bag is securely around the horn of your water or air powered stuffer, proceed to fill the bag with the processed meat. Be sure to only fill the amount specified on your bag (1 lb, 2 lb, 5 lb options). Seal bag with tape sealer With the chub bag filled with product (leaving room near the top to close), you are ready to secure and seal the bag. Twist the upper unfilled part of the bag until it closes, then secure it with a tape sealer/dispenser. UltraSource offers a line of bag sealers as well as compatible tape. Freeze for later Your product is now secured inside the bag and is ready for storage. The thick 2 mil poly bag material will protect the flavor, color, and overall quality of the product for many months and protects against freezer burn.
