The first one came in with dings on the top door corner and a big one on the back corner. The fridge is the perfect size and I love that the freezer is separated with it's own door. It's the perfect size!! Fortunately we have time to send this back and wait for the replacement. I'll update this review when the replacement gets here in a few days. If it's dinged up, sending it back too. We won't stop sending them back until one shows up that doesn't look like it got drop kicked by jackie chan. The manufacture barely has any foam protecting the corners and front of the fridge. However upon arrival one of the glass shelves was completely shattered and there is a plastic cover-like part that came apart note en sure where that belongs! U tit still works perfectly my son loves it. Not sure if the broken shelf is a result of poor packaging or rough handlingThis would have been 5 stars, but it arrived with parts broken. It is difficult to return ship given the size. The fridge itself works great, and if it were not for the broken plastic pieces / condition it arrived it would have been 5 stars.I live in an RV nd I needed another fridge RV trailers frige's are not very big so I needed another onefor more space. It had a small ding on the back side corner but the fridge works GREAT the freezer ispretty good size and keeps everything nice and cold keeps ice cream frozen. I'm very happy with it.I love it has its own freezer.Bought this for our 7 person office. Fit perfectly below cabinet, as expected from dimension (was a bit nervous when the box first arrived). Loved how easy it was to remove it from the box! Freezer is deep and exactly what we wanted (we needed more than the single door mini-fridge options). Sound is quiet/normal. 1 day in, I'm happy about our purchase decision. If any problems I'll post later. I also got the service protection plan.
