I would highly recommend watching Rose Anvil's YouTube video on these boots. I purchased these at the $120 price point. While you don't necessarily get the most premium materials boots can offer, you do get *good* quality materials and great construction (Goodyear welt) for that price. The leather upper is a bit thinner than other boots, so they do feel lighter in comparison, but you also get a Vibram outsole which should stand out to anyone familiar with boots. As far as QC goes, I see no issues on my pair apart from the eyelets and speed hooks being maybe slightly misaligned, but that is a non-issue for me.Whatever last they use runs smaller than most other boots, so these are true to size. Order the same as your sneaker size or *maybe* half a size down if needed.I wear a 10 in sneakers and the 9.5 boot fits me perfectly.I had some doubts initially, but now after wearing them for over a week and oiling them, they are super comfortable. I love how they feel and look. My only concern is that the leather is pretty thin, so I'm not sure how long they'll last, even with proper care. I intend on wearing them just about every day until they wear out, so I'll have to update my review. As they are now, if they last me two years on the first sole, I'll get them re-soled or buy another pair, immediately. These shoes are so comfortable and required no break in period for me. I am a 10.5W in running shoes and the 10W was a perfect fit - so runs slightly large if comparing to runners. Nice to find shoes like this with a wide width. Shoe is a bit darker and shinier than the amazon photos as other customer photos show. Expecting them to fade and get less shiny after a bit more wear. Nice low maintenance leather that holds up well in the rain. Got them on sale for 139 - not sure if I'd pay 230 for them. By far better than anything else you can find under 150. The Rose Anvil review on youtube shows that these are constructed with a legit goodyear welt.Good shoe good priceI've done a bit of research in these and watched Rose ANvil on YouTube and he defines them as entry level service boot in the vane of Wolverine and Red Wing and these just feel good look good and are a great price.I was skeptical about ordering cause i had ordered some boots from another place and they ripped 2 months later, these look like they are super well built. Glad I found them cause done find many places to buy this styleNice shoe, but runs very large and are extremely wide. I ordered my usual size 10 that I wear in Dr. Martens and Solovair boots, but these were huge. Order at least a half size down from your usual boot / shoe size.I’ve been wearing Georgia Boots for a while now but needed something lighter and dressier than my normal Georgia Boots. Tried lots of different brands and had to return them all. These boots offer a wider fit not some narrow kids boot. Ordered a 9.5w and that’s what I got. They look good and fit like a glove. Probably the first but I’ve ever gotten compliments on.
