It is cheaply made and requires constant attention. It uses 3 Allen wrenches (supplied), which is ridiculous. It also adds to the price. The snaps are very difficult to use. I would not buy this brand again. This product is great WAY btr price than others and super adjustable and easy to useThe Rachere Adjustable Dog Wheelchair is surprisingly good little contraption for the price as some I viewed were quite costly! 1- it arrived quickly (w/in 2 days, which even w/ Prime is a hit or miss these days); 2- it is made of a sturdy, substantial metal frame w/ two sets of slings for legs that secure the groin area and hoist the hind legs to prevent dragging; 3- the measurement scale was accurate and for my dog perfectly when I adjusted it; 4- all the pieces were included, along w/ accompanying hex keys and additional snaps for the harness. The unit was extremely simple and self explanatory to assemble, which was good because the manual that came w/ it was NOT helpful. It appeared to be translated from a language other than English which didn’t exactly translate well, so it’s a good thing it’s easy to set up and adjust to your dog’s length, height, needs/comfort level w/o the use of a manual, which is why I have it 5 stars for assembly. The only reason I didn’t keep it was because my chihuahua only sprained one of his back legs, which was temporary injury. Since he still has use of his legs, it made it a bit difficult for him to navigate and keep his back legs strapped when we tested it out in the house, but I still see it as a wonderful, safe, inexpensive way to keep your dog mobile if they don’t have use of their hind legs.Instructions on the straps are terrible. my dog keeps getting out of the wheelchair. The best deal for a good quality wheelchair. We bought a different one 2 years ago and this is by far a better value.
